Graduation FAQ's

  • Q: When is the graduation ceremony?
A: Two graduation ceremonies are held every year. One in February for our eligible Fall/Winter graduates and one in June for our eligible Spring graduates. If you are interested in participating in either ceremony see your Counselor for more details.
  • Q: Can anyone participate in the ceremony?
A: Students must meet all graduation requirements and be in good standing prior to the ceremony to be eligible to participate.
  • Q: Where is the ceremony held?
    A: The Pasadena Civic Auditorium
    300 E Green St.
    Pasadena, CA 91101
  • Q: When do students need to arrive?
A: Students MUST arrive at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium by 1:30pm for the student rehearsal. *If you need transportation to the auditorium, there will be a one-way bus from the student's center to the Auditorium. Dinner will be provided for all students.
  • Q: How many tickets does each student get for the graduation?
A: Ticket distribution happens closer to the date of the ceremony. The ticket number per student is based on how many graduates are walking in the ceremony and is determined by corporate OFL. Please see your counselor for more information.
  • Q: Can I get extra tickets for graduation
A: If students do not need all of their tickets, they are advised to return them to their counselor. Any extra tickets will then be distributed by lottery to those on the wait list.
  • Q: What time does the ceremony start?
A: The ceremony begins promptly at 6:00pm. GUESTS need to arrive no later than 5:30pm. No entrance will be permitted after 5:55pm.

A: The subterranean parking structure is shared with the Sheraton Pasadena and the Pasadena Convention Center. There are two entrances, (a) on Marengo Avenue, and (b) on Euclid Avenue, both between Green Street and Cordova Street.
  • Q: Does it cost money to park?
A: The parking structure is $12 a day for up to 16 hours; $18 a day for in-and-out privileges (subject to change).
